Cyberiad Labs is a two-person studio. We design, build and test learning programmes, and we run them in the open: Introduction to AI and LLMs, the free course on our front page, opens its first cohort on 14 September 2026. We license programmes to schools, companies, NGOs and governments, and we build them on demand.
You license our courses as they ship. Introduction to AI and LLMs opens its first cohort on 14 September 2026, and each course that follows joins the licence as it is finished. Phone-first, free-tier tools only, and every exercise run by a human before a learner sees it. A licence covers the sessions, the quizzes, each new course as it lands, and our help running your cohorts. Your calendar, your brand or ours. It starts with one conversation, then a pilot cohort of your people.
A programme built for your people and nobody else: your tools, your policies, your examples, your constraints. We design it the way we design our own, session by session, tested end to end on the devices your people carry before anyone teaches it.
How we work
Nothing ships untested. The rule is written into our spec, and our build fails any session whose prompts are missing from the test log: no prompt reaches a learner until a human has run it on two free apps, three times each, and it is re-run when the apps change.
Built for the devices people actually have. If your learners are on phones, the programme is designed for phones, not shrunk onto them.
Learning by doing. Short sessions, real deliverables, quizzes with reasons, and a certificate that names what the person actually did.
Honest numbers. Every cohort you run with us comes with completion and outcome figures, reported as measured, including the parts that did not work.

Cyberiad Labs is Julien Barbier and Youssef Charif Hamidi. Between them: a software engineering school grown from one campus to 32, programmes taken from a few thousand learners to more than 1.6 million, and a platform built by someone who finished a year-long engineering programme on a tablet. Phone-first is a constraint he has lived, not a feature he added.

Full-stack engineer, co-founder of RemoteOtter, and the builder of MathVellum, a maths editor for people who cannot hold a pen. He finished a twelve-month software engineering programme on an Android tablet, and he is the reason our phone-first claim is a fact rather than a promise.
